Look At Her! is definitely NOT a color for fair-skinned yellow-toned ladies. My favorite colors here for me were definitely Gotta Dash!, Behave Yourself and New Temptation. If you have super dry lips, I would go for something else, unless you don’t mind applying lip balm underneath. I think if you have no problem with chapped lips then I would completely recommend these. My apologies, but homegirl was flyin’ Some of the darker shades definitely could have used more babying, particularly Stallion, the black shade, and dark Blue Beat. I do really like the colors though, and a few others caught my eye that I wanted to check out still. I just powered through these swatches, so a few of them are a little dicey. I like them a lot, but knowing I have to put on a lip balm underneath, kind of bothers me, since I am so lazy. I wanted to love these so much, but I can’t quite say that. Obviously with the very light ones you won’t get as much payoff as the deeper ones (like Supremely Confident and Bare Again). I did see fading in the center of my mouth after a few hours, so I needed to slightly touch up the center.Īs far as opacity, they are pretty opaque. I will say they do last decently though, in terms of color. After wearing Gotta Dash! for about 5 1/2 hours the other day, I had to remove it and put something else on because my lips were DRY like the Sahara! 🙁 However, that feeling didn’t last…Īfter about 2-2/12 hours of wearing them, the moisturizing feeling started to fade and my lips started feeling chapped and tight. These lipsticks glide on so amazingly smoothly and feel like they will be SO moisturizing. MAC claims that these have no sticky or tacky feel, and that is definitely true.
